«Мужчина под диктовку заполнил на сайте необходимые поля, указав личные данные и реквизиты своей банковской карты. При этом со счета заявителя исчезло почти 270 тыс. рублей. Выяснилось, что деньги были переведены на счет сайта, зарегистрированного в другом государстве», — сообщили правоохранители. В аналогичной ситуации оказалась 81-летняя пенсионерка, которой также позвонили из брокерской компании и предложили заработать на валютном рынке. Под диктовку неизвестного человека пожилая омичка зарегистрировалась на сайте и собственноручно перевела на чужой счет 29 тыс. рублей.
По всем фактам возбуждены уголовные дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 159 УК РФ «Мошенничество». Санкция данной статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до 5 лет.
