В аналогичной ситуации оказалась 81-летняя пенсионерка, которой также позвонили из брокерской компании и предложили заработать на валютном рынке. Под диктовку неизвестного человека пожилая омичка зарегистрировалась на сайте и собственноручно перевела на чужой счет 29 тыс. рублей.
По всем фактам возбуждены уголовные дела по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 159 УК РФ «Мошенничество». Санкция данной статьи предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы на срок до 5 лет.
УМВД России по Омской области напоминает гражданам:
